2023 Fall Breakfast Meeting
Join the South Elgin Economic Development organization for its fall breakfast meeting to learn more about four trends that will continue to be challenging in the talent war.
Amy Rodgers, Chief Human Resource Officer at PPC Flex, and Brandon Murphy, Director of Business Development at Lucas James Talent Partners will discuss current trends in the talent resources.
We’ll cover:
- How the landscape has changed with the shrinkage of the available labor pool
- Part-time workers and the new gig economy
- How AI is influencing recruiting and what you need to know when you advertise for jobs
- Being an employer of choice and the importance of employee well-being
